摘  要:目的探讨人脐带间充质干细胞移植对糖尿病周围神经病的治疗作用。方法贴壁法培养人脐带间充质干细胞,流式鉴定免疫表型。STZ诱导糖尿病周围神经病大鼠模型,左后肢肌肉注射移植干细胞,观察糖尿病周围神经病在神经电生理和病理病变以及干细胞整合情况。结果移植干细胞后坐骨神经的电生理及病理显著改善,但移植的干细胞并未整合到神经纤维中。结论人脐带间充质干细胞移植可改善糖尿病周围神经病大鼠的坐骨神经电生理和病理,但干细胞并未直接参与神经重建,提示可能通过其他间接途径起作用。Objective To study stem cell therapeutic effect on diabetic neuropathy. Methods Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells were incubated by adherence. Method STZ induced diabetic neuropathy in rodent models received intramuscular injection of DAPI labeled human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells, nerve conduction and pa- thology change were compared, and DAPI positive cells in sciatic nerve tissue section were searched. Results Significant difference of sciatic nerve conduction and pathology change were found between stem cell-transplanted and non-transplanted groups. No DAPI positive cells in sciatic nerve. Conclusion Transplantation of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells can improve electrophysiology and pathology change of diabetic neuropathy.
