摘 要:目的观察芬太尼对小鼠记忆获得能力的影响。方法昆明种小鼠30只,分为生理盐水组(NS组)、芬太尼大剂量(0.02mg/kg)组(FH组)、芬太尼小剂量(0.01mg/kg)组(FL组),每组10只。腹腔注射不同剂量芬太尼10min后进行避暗实验(step—through test)训练,测定用药后24、48、72h各组的潜伏期和错误次数。结果用药组24h潜伏期明显短于NS组(P〈0.01),错误次数与NS组无统计学差异(P〉0.05),但FH组和FL组之间二项指标元统计学差异(P〉0.05);用药后48hFH组潜伏期短于Ns组(P〈0.05),而FL组潜伏期以及两组的错误次数与NS组均无统计学差异(P〉0.05);用药后第72h,各组二项指标均无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论芬太尼对小鼠记忆获得能力有干扰作用,作用持续长短与剂量有关,但不会造成持久的学习记忆障碍。Objective To observe the effect of fentanyl on the ability of memory acquisition in mice. Methods 30 mice were divided into 3 groups (n = 10) : normal saline group (NS group), high dose (0.02 mg/kg) fentanyl group ( FH group), normal dose (0. O1 mg/kg) fentanyl group ( FL group). 10 minutes after intraperitoneal injection (ip) of different doses of fentanyl, the step - through test was used to observe the latency and error times in each group at 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, respectively. Results Compared with NS group, the latency of the two fentanyl groups decreased ( P 〈 0. O1 ), while the error times had no statistical differences (P 〉 O. 05 ) ; There was no significant difference in the latency and error times between FH group and FL group ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; compared with NS group, 48 h after ip of fentanyl, the la- tency decreased in FIt group (P 〈 0.05), while there were no statistical differences the latency in FH group and the error times in the fentanyl groups as compared to NS group ( P 〉 0.05 ) : 72 h after ip of fentanyl, there was no significant difference between fentanyl groups ( P 〉 O. 05 ). Conclusion Fentanyl can interfere with the ability of memory acquisi- tion in mice, and the duration of the drug action is positively correlated with the doses, while it cannot result in persistent dysfunction of learning and memory.
