SLE血清新喋呤、细胞间粘附分子-3、Kappa、Lambda轻链和轻链比值的研究

摘　　要：采用单克隆抗体酶联免疫吸附实验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）和全自动免疫速率散射比浊法测定了６０例ＳＬＥ（系统性红斑狼疮）患者血清新喋呤，细胞间粘附分子－３（ＩＣＡＭ－３），ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ、κ轻链，λ轻链和κ／λ比值。结果：ＳＬＥ活动组和非活动组血清新喋呤、ＩＣＡＭ－３浓度明显高于健康对照组，活动组与非活动组间比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），血清ＩＣＡＭ－３在非活动组与健康对照组间比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。血清ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ 水平在ＳＬＥ活动组与非活动组间无显著性差异，但血清中κ、λ轻链在ＳＬＥ活动组明显高于非活动组和健康对照组（Ｐ＜ ０．０１），而κ／λ比值活动组明显低于非活动组（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。结论：ＳＬＥ活动期与非活动期细胞和体液免疫的紊乱程度不同，细胞免疫的异常活跃在ＳＬＥ疾病发展中起主导作用。The serum concentrations of neopterin,inter celular adhesion molecule 3(IGAM 3),IgG,IgA,IgM,Kappa,Lambda and Kappa/Lambda ratio in peripheral bloods were measured in to patients with active and inactive systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) by ELISA and Auto immunonephelometric analysis.The result showed that the serum concentrations of neopterin and ICAM 3 were significantly increased in patients with active and inactive SLE compared with those in health control and were also greatly higher in patients with active SLE than in those with inactive one ( P <0.01).Levels of serum ICAM 3 was significantly higher in patients with inactive SLE than health controls ( P <0.01).Little difference in levels of serum IgG,IgA,IgM were found between the patients with active and inactive SLE,but levels of serum Kappa and Lambda light chain were significantly higher in patients with active than in those with inactive SLE and health controls( P <0.01).Kappa/Lambda ratio showed to be much lower in patients with active than those with inactive SLE( P <0.01).The result indicates that the degrees of disorder are differentiated between patients with active and inactive SLE in both the cellular and lumoral immunity,abnormal activity of cellular immune system plays a dominant in SLE disease progress.
