摘　　要：目的 :探讨影响重型肝炎预后的有关因素。方法 :分析 1 0 0例重型肝炎的预后与性别、年龄、血清总胆红素、白蛋白、血糖、凝血酶原活动度、甲胎蛋白以及并发症的关系。结果 :重型肝炎的预后与总胆红素、凝血酶原活动度、甲胎蛋白以及并发症有关 (P <0 0 5、P <0 0 1、P <0 0 1、P <0 0 1 ) ,而与性别、年龄、白蛋白、血糖无明显关系 (均P >0 0 5 )。结论 :重型肝炎患者的血清总胆红素、凝血酶原活动度。Objective:To study the related factors influencing the prognosis of severe hepatitis.Method:The relationships were analyzed the prognosis to sex,age,serum total bilirubin(TB),albumin(ALB),blood sugar,prothrombin activity,a_fetoprotein(AFP) and complications in 100 patients with severe hepatitis.Result:The prognosis of severe hepatitis was correlated with TB,prothrombin activity,AFP and complications,and having no with sex,age,ALB and blood sugar.Conclusion:Sevre hepatitis patients serum TB,prothrombin activity,AFP and complications were an important basis influencing prognosis.
