摘　　要：武汉里分住宅是武汉近代历史发展的产物,对里分住宅的保护与更新之间的相互关系做了简析,重点对里分住宅的基本保护内容和基本更新方法做了探讨,力求找到一种适合于当下的里分住宅保护与更新的基本途径,更好地延续和传承传统历史文脉,在现代社会中展现它更大的魅力。Li-fen dwelling houses is the product of the development of Wuhan＇ s modern history, make a tentative analysis from the inter relationship between protection and renewal, focus on the discussion of the basic content and the basic update methods for protection, strive to find a basic way in the protection and renewal of Li-fen dwelling houses for the suitable present, to continuity and inheriting traditional historical context better, in order to show its greater charm in modem society.
