摘　　要：通过对某商务楼地下室底板进行现场检测、施工资料、施工程序与设计资料调查,指出造成该事故的主要原因是地下室底板厚度不足,在水浮力作用下,地下室底板冲切破坏,导致严重漏水现象,根据地下室底板实际受力情况采用中国规范方法对地下室底板最不利位置进行破坏计算分析,并根据分析结果提出加固建议。Through on-site surveying the basement floor of a trade center and investigating construction materials,construction procedures,and design data,it points out that： the basement floor is not enough thick,which is the main cause of the accident.Under the buoyant effect,the basement floor is destroyed,and the leakage happens.According to actual stress condition of basement floor,it carries on damage calculation analysis on the most unfavorable place of the basement floor with Chinese norms,and puts forward reinforcement suggestions in light of the analytical results.
