摘　　要：以某住宅小区的规划设计为例,从项目概况、规划原则和设计等几个方面进行了分析探讨,指出住宅小区规划应以人为本,合理设计建筑立面及户型,并满足相关规范要求,以期为住宅规划设计积累经验。Taking a residential district planning and design as the case, this paper analyzes the project overview, planning principles, and design description and other aspects, and points out that residential district planning should be people-oriented, rationally design building elevation and house size, and meet relevant requirements, with a view to accumulate experience for residential planning and design.
