摘　　要：结合电网空间信息服务平台的功能及电网GIS空间信息服务平台系统建设要求,阐述了该平台总体设计思路及相关技术路线,指出ArcGIS由于其开发性,可扩展性以及对企业级应用的支持,能够有效促进和加快电网GIS空间信息服务平台的开发与应用。Combined with the function of space information service platform on electric network and the construction requirements of it on GIS electric network, this paper introduces the design thought and related technological route. It points out the exploitability, scalability of ArcGIS and its support for enterprise application. It can promote effectively and quicken the development and application of GIS electric network space information service platform.
