低碳生产意愿与主要影响因素研究——江苏苏南地区212家工业出口企业的案例

摘　　要：本文以江苏苏州、无锡、常州、南京、镇江等苏南五市的212家工业出口企业为案例,基于二元Logistic模型,研究了工业出口企业的低碳生产意愿与主要影响因素。研究表明,工业出口企业具有显著的低碳生产意愿,企业规模（主营业务销售额3亿及以上）、R＆D占销售收入的比重（5%及以上）、管理者年龄（31~45岁）、企业注册类型（港澳台投资与外商投资企业）、政府制度安排和政策激励是主要影响因素。本研究充分考虑碳排放主要来源于工业生产,强调了工业企业是碳排放的微观主体。对于政府分类指导,促进工业出口企业低碳化生产,由此带动和提高整个工业企业的低碳生产意愿具有一定参考价值。Based on Binary Logistic model,in this paper,212 cases of industrial export enterprises are taken to study the major factors affecting low-carbon production willingness of industrial export enterprises in Suzhou,Wuxi,Changzhou,Nanjing,and Zhenjiang City,in the southern Jiangsu Province.Studies show that main factors such as firm size（higher than 300 million of the sales of main business）,RD share of total sales（5% and above）,manager age（31-45 years old）,registration type of enterprise（Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan and foreign-invested enterprises）,government institutional arrangements,and policy incentives are all significantly affect the low-carbon production willingness of industrial exporters.This study takes full consideration of the facts that carbon emissions comes mainly from industrial production,and emphasizes that industrial enterprises are the main micro-body of the carbon emissions.The results will support the reference value of both government guidance and promoting low carbon willingness of exporting enterprises,stimulating and increasing the whole low-carbon production willingness of the Chinese industrial enterprises.
