摘　　要：本文从县域经济的实质及欠发达地区县域经济发展特点出发,提出了其经济突破性发展的初期阶段更应当从经济发展规律入手,加大政府及国有经济的带动及引导作用,解决好其关键的瓶颈问题,并寻找及不断提升其相对比较优势,这样才能实现地区的经济发展及国家战略的整体目标。According to the essence of county economics and the characteristics of underdeveloped inland region＇s economic development,this paper presents that we should start with the law of economic development in the first stage.In the next place,in order to solve the key bottleneck problem,we should raise the state＇s influence and reinforce the state-owned economy＇s guidance.Meanwhile we＇d better keep on finding comparative advantages and constantly improve them.Only in this way can we realize the underdeveloped inland region＇s economic growth and achieve the national strategy.
