摘 要:在3.2MW卧式炉中对污泥水煤浆和大同烟煤水煤浆进行对比燃烧试验,研究了煤浆的着火、温度场及燃烧效率等特性,并考察了污泥水煤浆工业应用的可行性.结果表明,掺混10%污泥的水煤浆着火容易,炉膛主燃烧区域火焰温度可达到1200~1300℃;污泥水煤浆燃烧时炉膛火焰分布均匀,火焰充满度较好;水分析出使颗粒表面分布大量气孔,有利于颗粒的进一步燃烧和燃尽;炉内颗粒物含碳量沿炉膛轴向逐渐降低,燃烧效率可达99.75%.总体上看,污泥水煤浆燃烧状况较理想,部分特性优于烟煤水煤浆,这为城市污泥资源化利用提供了一条可行的新途径.Combustion experiments were conducted on sludge-coal water slurry (S-CWS) in a 3.2 MW horizontal furnace to investigate its feasibility for industrial application. Combustion properties such as ignition,temperature field and combustion efficiency were analyzed and compared with data for Datong bituminous coal water slurry. Results showed that S-CWS with mass ratio of 10% could be easily set ablaze. With ample flame in uniform distribution,the flame temperature came up to 1200-1300 ℃ in the main combustion chamber area. Moisture transference produced plentiful blowholes which would be conducive to combustion and burnout of S-CWS particles. The carbon content of particulate matter declined along the axe and the combustion efficiency reached as high as 99.75%. Overall,the combustion of S-CWS was pretty good,which even better than Datong bituminous coal water slurry and could offer a feasible new way for utilization of municipal sewage sludge.
