摘 要:利用超声波的分散、粉碎、活化、引发等多重作用,在实现无机纳米粒子在反应介质中均匀分散的同时,引发单体在无机纳米粒子表面进行分散聚合反应,制备出了无机/有机复合粒子。运用有限元分析方法,计算模拟了超声波场下分散聚合体系中的温度分布场,结合超声波的传热及传质过程,提出了超声波场作用下分散聚合的反应是分区域分阶段逐步进行的反应机理。通过无机纳米粒子存在下的苯乙烯(St)体系分散聚合反应的研究,提出了无机/有机复合粒子的成核及增长过程的"石榴"模型。By taking ultrasonic advantages of multieffect, i. e. , dispersion, crushing, activation, and initiation, the dispersion polymerization on the surfaces of inorganic nano-particles could be assist-initiated through ultrasonic irradiation, and the inorganic/organic composite particles could be prepared. The distributions of temperature field of dispersion polymerization under ultrasonic irradiation were calculated and simulated by finite element analysis methods. Combined with the process of transfer heat and mass, the reaction mechanism of dispersion polymerization assist-initiated through ultrasonic irradiation was put forward, and the polymerization process was stepwise in different regions. On the base of systemic researches on dispersion polymerization of styrene in the present of inorganic nano-particles, the "megranate" model describing the nucleation and growth process about preparation of inorganics/organics composite particles was obtained.
