摘 要:选用Paraloid B72、Mowiol 4-88、Mowiol 4-98、Remmers 300和含氟聚合物5种保护材料对砂岩石刻进行加固保护和裂隙灌浆研究。通过测试渗透加固保护后砂岩的耐水性、吸湿性,耐冻融性、抗压强度,以及裂隙灌浆修复材料的可成型性、硬度、粘接强度等,评价和筛选渗透加固保护材料和灌浆加固材料。研究结果显示,Remmers 300处理后的砂岩试样具有良好的耐水性和耐湿性;含氟聚合物处理后的砂岩试样具有良好耐冻融稳定性;聚乙烯醇为主剂、粉煤灰为填充剂的砂浆具有良好的粘接性能。Several polymeric materials were selected for the protective application to Guangyuan sandstone sculpture. The suitability of these materials for penetration consolidation to the sandstone was evaluated by testing the water absorption, hygroscopicity, freeze-thaw stability and compressive strength of sandstone. The feasibility as penetration eonsolidation materials was evaluated by testing the forrnability, rigidity and adhesive strength of grouting. The results obtained showed that the stone treated by Returners300 exhibited better water resistance and humidity resistance; the stone treated by fluorinated polymers demonstrated better freeze-thaw stability; grouting materials consisting of polyvinyl alcohol and fly ash performed better adhesive property.
