摘  要:用TiN浸渍热分解法制备了不同摩尔比的钌钛复合氧化物(RuxTi1-xO2)纳米粉体,并以此为载体,用微波还原法制备了用作直接甲酸燃料电池(DFAFC)阳极催化的钯催化剂(Pd/RuxTi1-xO2,Pd的质量分数20%).X射线能谱(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)测试结果表明,Pd纳米颗粒分散在具有金红石结构的棒状RuxTi1-xO2表面.用电化学方法测试了Pd/RuxTi1-xO2催化剂对甲酸氧化的电催化性能,结果表明,RuxTi1-xO2中Ru含量会影响催化剂对甲酸氧化的电催化活性和稳定性.当x=0.3时,催化剂对甲酸氧化的电催化活性最高,稳定性也最好.Nano-powders of ruthenium-titanium composite oxides with different Ru molar ratios(RuxTi1-xO2) were synthesized by TiN impregnation-thermal-decomposition method,and then 20%(mass fraction) Pd was deposited onto this nano-powder by microwave deoxidization method.The so-obtained electrocatalyst(Pd/RuxTi1-xO2) was used as anode catalysts for direct formic acid fuel cells.The structure and composition of the catalyst were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that Pd nanoparticles are well dispersed on the surface of the composite oxides with claviform shape and rutile structure.Cyclic voltammetry(CV) and chronoamperometric measurements show that the content of Ru can influence the electrocatalytic activity and stability of the catalysts towards direct oxidation of formic acid.Among the catalysts with different Ru molar ratios,Pd/Ru0.3Ti0.7O2 catalyst has the highest electrocatalytic activity and stability.
