摘 要:制备了固体超强酸Pt-S2O82-/ZrO2-Al2O3催化剂,采用X射线衍射(XRD),程序升温还原(TPR),差热分析(TG)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)等手段对该催化剂进行了表征,并在高压微反应器-色谱联合装置上,考察了Pt质量分数和活化温度对催化剂正戊烷异构化性能的影响.结果表明,加入Pt可降低催化剂的还原温度,增强载体表面氢气的溢流效应,提高酸强度;Pt质量分数为0.10%、活化温度为300℃时获得的催化剂异构化活性最高,在反应温度220℃、压力2.0 MPa、氢烃摩尔比4∶1及质量空速1.0 h-1时,异戊烷产率达62.3%.在100 h内异戊烷收率可稳定在55.0%左右,选择性在98.0%以上.The Pt-S2O82-/ZrO2-Al2O3 solid superacid catalysts were prepared and characterized by XRD,TPR,TG and FTIR.The catalysts were evaluated on a lab-scale high pressure microreactor with online chromatogram unit for n-pentane isomerization as a probe reaction.The effects of the Pt contents and the activation temperatures on the catalyst performance were studied.The results show that Pt can reduce the catalyst reduction temperature.The Pt-S2O82-/ZrO2-Al2O3 catalyst with 0.10% Pt and activation temperature of 300 ℃ exhibits the highest activity for n-pentane isomerization.At reaction temperature of 220 ℃,pressure of 2.0 MPa,hydrogen/hydrocarbon molar ratio of 4∶1,and MHSV of 1.0 h-1,the isopentane yield is 62.3%.The isopentane yields stabilize in about 55.0% and the selectivities are higher than 98.0% within 100 h.
