摘　　要：电力电缆是一个传统的行业,过度竞争造成的市场无序给内部带来巨大冲击,生产过程的高强度及高复杂性、材料价格的波动、产品的多元化及人员的频繁流动等因素无不给电力电缆的生产管理提出更高的要求。Power cable is a traditional industry.Excessive competition resulted in the market disorder which has a strong internal impact on the high strength and high complexity at production process.Factors such as the fluctuation of material price,the diversification of products and frequent movement of personnel all raises higher production requirements for production management of power cable production and management.
