摘  要:与一般通信网络不同,电力系统广域保护通信网络既要求具有很高的可靠性,又要求具有严格的延时特性。因此,广域保护通信网络的路径选择具有特殊性。针对这一问题,建立了满足电力系统广域保护通信可靠性和延时要求的路由选择模型,并给出了模型求解方法。该模型适用于正常状态下的广域保护信息传输路径优化选择以及通信网络中元件失效后的路径重构。算例分析表明:该模型及算法原理简单、计算方便、判断结果准确,能较好地平衡可靠性与延时对广域保护信息传输的影响,最大限度地提高广域保护信息传输可靠性。Differing from conventional communication network(CN),CN for power system wide-area protection(WAP) requires not only high reliability,but also strict time-delay characteristics.Therefore,path selection of CN for WAP has particularity.To solve this problem,a routing selection model satisfying communication reliability and time-delay requirement for power system WAP is established and a method to solve the model is given as well.The model is suitable for optimal selection of information transmission paths in WAP normal state and path reconstruction after CN component failure.The results of case study show that the model and algorithm are simple,convenient,and exact.The model can proper balance the impact of reliability and time-delay influence on information transmission of WAP,and improve reliability of WAP information transmission as much as possible.
