摘 要:由于O2影响了SF6气体分解组分的最终生成物及体积分数,所以通过检测气体绝缘设备内部气体分解组分的体积分数及其变化规律来进行故障诊断时,要考虑这一重要因素。为此利用已搭建好的SF6气体局部放电分解实验装置,在相同的实验条件下,针对含不同O2体积分数的SF6/O2混合气体进行96h局部放电分解实验,结合气相色谱分析技术,研究O2对SF6局部放电分解组份的影响。实验结果表明:无论是否注入O2,均会产生CF4、CO2、SO2F2和SOF2;O2增加会抑制CF4的产生,对CO2的产生影响不大;O2增加对SO2F2和SOF2的产生有促进作用,但对SOF2的促进作用强于SO2F2;在同一个放电时间下,随着O2体积分数的增长SO2F2与SOF2的体积分数比φ(SO2F2)/φ(SOF2)逐渐减小并趋于稳定,无论是否注入O2,随着放电时间的增长,这一比值也逐渐减小并趋于稳定。Due to the influence of O2 on the typical and final products of SF6 decomposition components,the content of O2 should be considered in testing the internal gas decomposition composition and its variation law to diagnose the fault of gas-insulated equipment.Therefore,based on the constructed partial discharge testing apparatus,SF6 mixed with different O2 content under the same experiment condition was tested,and the gas chromatography technology was adopted to study the effect of O2 on SF6 decomposition characteristics under partial discharge.The results showed that,whether O2 is injected in or not,CF4,CO2,SO2F2,and SOF2 are produced;the production of CF4 is restrained with the increasing of O2,while CO2 is hardly affected;the production of SO2F2 and SOF2 is promoted when O2 is added,and the effect of SOF2 is stronger than that of SO2F2.Within the same discharge time,with the increasing of O2 content,content ratio of SO2F2 and SOF2 φ(SO2F2)/φ(SOF2) reduces gradually and tends to be stable in the end,regardless of O2 injected,the ratio gradually decreases and finally becomes steady along with the increasing of discharge time.
