摘　　要：综述了神经酰胺的来源、分类、各种生物学功能以及含有神经酰胺脂质体的制备方法和应用。神经酰胺脂质体能够促进活性成分的经皮吸收,具有修护皮肤、辅助治疗皮肤疾病等生理功能,展望了神经酰胺在化妆品等领域的广阔的应用前景。The sources, classification, biological function as well as preparation method and application of ceramides were summarized. Liposomes containing ceramides may enhance the transdermal intake of many active ingredients, and provide physiological functions such as protection and modification of skin as well as help for curing of dermatosis. The outlook for future application of ceramides in the cosmetic field was prospected.
