摘 要:阐述了常压制备疏水SiO2气凝胶的关键技术,综述了表面后处理法、原位法等常压制备疏水SiO2气凝胶的工艺措施,介绍了疏水SiO2气凝胶在电磁学、光学、原子核物理等领域的应用现状,指出疏水处理可明显提高SiO2气凝胶的性能(低介电常数、高激光损伤阈值和耐环境能力等),从而拓宽了SiO2气凝胶的应用范围,最后展望了疏水SiO2气凝胶的发展和应用前景。The key techniques to prepare the hydrophobic SiO2 aerogels are introduced. The advances in the preparation of the hydrophobic SiO2 aerogels at ambient pressure (viz. , the surface modification method, the in-situ method) are reviewed. The recent applications of the hydrophobic SiO2 aerogels in electromagnetism, optical, atomicnucleus physics areas are introduced. It could be proposed that the hydrophobic modification of the SlOe aerogels significantly improved the performance of SiO2 aerogels (viz , low dielectric constant, high laser damage threshold and high stability). This will significantly widen the application range of the SiO2 aerogel materials. In the end, the development and application prospective of the hydrophobic SiO2 aerogels are also discussed.
