摘  要:探索基于经纱性能的经纱可织性综合评价模型。通过选取具有代表性、生产规模大、质量稳定的十个棉型织物品种,测试其原纱和浆纱的各项性能,做相关性分析,提取对织机效率显著相关的多指标做主成分分析,得到评价经纱可织性的综合模型。经验证,模型对经纱可织性的评价结果与实际织造效果的一致性良好,可用于从纱线自身性能方面来综合评价经纱可织性。Warp weavability comprehensive evaluation-model based on warp property were discussed. Ten cotton fabric products with certain representative,larger scale of production and quality stable were selected, characteristics of raw yarn and sized yarn were tested and analyzed. Indexes related with loom efficiency obviously were extracted and analyzed as principal component analysis,warp comprehensive evaluation-model was got. It is proved that the consistency of model to warp weavability evaluation result and real actual weaving effect are better,the model could be used to evaluate warp weavability from aspect of yarn properties.
