摘 要:探讨丝光毛棉羊绒赛络花色纱的纺纱工艺。分析了各组分纤维原料染色前后的性能特点,采用半精纺工艺使多组分纤维充分混和,合理配置前纺工艺改善半成品质量。通过将不同定量的本白与染色粗纱搭配组合进行赛络纺,成功纺制出3种风格独特的丝光毛/棉/羊绒70/20/10 30 tex赛络花色纱,并通过工艺试验优选出成纱强力较高的喂入喇叭口间距工艺配置方案。指出:丝光毛棉羊绒赛络花色纱的强力会随着本白纤维含量的增大而增大;适当增加本白纤维比例,保持较低的细纱总牵伸倍数,可获得强力较高、条干较好的成纱质量。Spinning processing of mercerized wool cotton cashmere siro fancy yarn was discussed. Property and characteristic of each fiber component before and after dyeing were analyzed. Semi-Worsted processing was adopted to blend each fiber fully, front spinning processing was set properly to improve semi-product quality. Through blending and arranging different gray cotton roving and dyed cotton roving, three unique styles mercerized wool/cotton/cashmere 70/ 20/10 30 tex siro fancy yarn were spun. Processing of feeding bell gauge that is helpful to improve finish yarn strength was optimized through test. It is pointed out that the siro fancy yarn strength is increased as gray cotton content is increased. Finish yarn with larger strength and better evenness could be produced through increasing gray cotton percentage and keep lower spinning whole draft multiple.
