摘　　要：为纺制精梳棉Tencel混纺竹节纱,针对原料特点,选择混纺工艺流程,进行Tencel纤维预处理,合理配置前纺工艺参数,改善半成品质量。根据竹节纱装置技术特点,制定并实施相关试纺测试程序,满足了竹节纱设计参数要求。通过优选胶辊、调整捻系数及车速使纺纱顺利进行;适当降低络筒速度,合理设定清纱参数。结果成功纺制出精梳棉/Tencel 50/50 27.9 tex竹节纱,成纱质量达到设计要求。To spin combed cotton Tencel blended slub yarn, according to raw material property,blending processing was selected. Teneel fiber was pretreated,front spinning processing parameter was set properly to improve semi-product quality. According to slub yarn device technology property,related spinning and test were made out and implemented,the design parameter demands of slub yarn were satisfied. Through optimizing rubber-covered roll,adjusting twist factor and speed ,yarn could be spun successfully. Winding speed was reduced properly and clearing yarn parameter was set properly,finally combed cotton Tencel 50/50 27.9 tex slub yarn could be spun successfully and the finish yarn quality could reach design demands.
