摘  要:探讨嵌入式复合纺纱的工艺及纺纱效果。分析了嵌入式复合纺纱的工艺原理及特点,通过合理选择原料、工艺流程,在细纱机上加装有关辅助设备,合理配置纺纱工艺参数,利用嵌入纺工艺顺利纺制出精梳棉/涤长丝50/50 18.3 tex(45 dtex×2)嵌入式复合纱,指出,嵌入式复合纱能够在提高成纱强力、改善条干、降低毛羽方面发挥较明显的作用。Spinning processing and effect of embodied composite yarn were discussed. Processing principle and property of embodied composite yarn were analyzed. Raw material, processing and related auxiliary device on spinning frame were selected properly, processing parameter was set properly, combed cotton/polyester filament 50/50 18.3 rex (45 dtex×2)embodied composite yarn was produced through embodied spinning processing. It is considered that finish yarn strength could be increased,yarn evenness could be improved and yarn hairiness could be reduced obviously adopting embodied composite processing.
