摘　　要：探讨CJ 4.9 tex高档针织纱强度的改善措施。分析了影响成纱强度的各种因素,通过合理选用原料,不断优化清棉工序打手速度,减少有效纤维损伤,合理控制清棉短绒量,减小因纤维纠结产生假性棉结;梳棉工序优选针布,合理控制针布的更换周期,采用机上磨砺针布,确保针齿锐度,提高梳理质量;减小精梳工序落棉率台间差;并条工序合理改善条子中长片段不匀等措施,使CJ 4.9 tex针织纱强度稳步提高,达到使用要求。Measures of improving CJ 4.9 tex knitting yarn streng＇th＇were discussed. Each factors of effeeting finish yarn strength were analyzed. Raw material was selected rationally,beater speed was optimized in picking process to reduce fiber injury, short fiber content in picking process was controlled ＇rationally to reduce neps. In carding process card clothing was matched and optimized,changing period of each kinds card clothing were controlled rationally, card clothing was grinding on machine to ensure needle sharpness and improve carding quality. Waste percentage in combing process between different machines was reduced. Sliver middle and long-term irregularity was improved in drawing process, finally CJ 4.9 rex yarn strength could be improved steadily and the quality could reach use demands.
