摘  要:通过测定新疆南疆6个灰枣栽植区及其原引种地灰枣营养品质性状,研究其在不同产地的营养品质变异情况,以期能为新疆灰枣的栽培及开发利用提供一定的参考依据。对各栽植区枣果营养物质含量的测定结果显示,(1)各个采样地灰枣营养品质间存在一定的差异性,其中总糖含量排序为:若羌县>温宿县>阿克苏市>沙雅县>巴楚县>且末县>河南新郑;与灰枣原产地河南新郑的测定结果相比,新疆各产地灰枣黄酮、维生素C和糖含量较高,而原产地河南新郑所采灰枣矿物质含量较高;(2)对灰枣16个营养品质因子间的相关性分析显示,灰枣营养因子间有12个达到显著性相关,显示了各营养因子在灰枣营养品质形成过程中具有的相互制约和促进作用;(3)营养性状的聚类结果显示,新疆各栽植区灰枣营养品质与原引种地河南新郑相比差异较大,新疆各产地间灰枣营养品质间也表现出较明显的差异。Through measuring the fruit nutritional quality of Ziziphus jujuba cv.Huizao from six areas in Xinjiang and one from its original introduction area,the nutritional quality variety within different producing areas to offered foundation for the cultivation and utilization of Xinjiang.The results showed:(1) the nutritional quality from different producing areas had certain difference,the order of total sugar was Ruoqiang County 〉Wensu County〉Akesu City〉Shaya County〉Bachu County〉Qiemo County〉Xinzheng city.Compared with original introduction area,the jujube form Xinjiang had more content of suga,Vc and chrysin the fruits from Xinzheng city of Henan province had more mineral elements.(2) Correlation analysis on sixteen nutritional quality factors and twelve characters showed significant correlation.These showed the mutual restriction and positive effects in quality forming process.(3) the cluster analysis displayed that there had a marked difference of Ziziphus jujuba cv.Huizao fruit nutritional quality between the producing areas of Xinjiang and original introduction area,and it also showed a obvious variation amonge different producing areas in Xinjiang.The difference of jujube fruit nutritional quality could objectively reflected the variation from different producing areas and the result couldbe used for nutritional quality evaluation.
