摘　　要：国家数字图书馆与中国高等教育数字图书馆是国内数字图书馆工程中较为典型的代表,通过对两者建设进展的分析把握当前国内数字图书馆建设模式,得出国内数字图书馆发展需要协调和合作,从战略高度确立数字图书馆建设管理的实体,从而避免分散建设、各行其是,并推动面向用户数字图书馆建设。National Digital Library and China Academic Digital Library ＆ Information System are repre sentatives of domestic digital library. This article emphasizes on the status quo of the two DLs and puts for ward some strategies including development of digital library cause and user-oriented digital library.
