摘　　要：首先阐述了手机图书馆的概念、实现方式和发展现状,然后提出了一种与系统无关、平台无关、终端无关的通用手机图书馆服务系统的设计思想,最后应用当前流行的三种开源框架(即Struts、Spring和Hibernate)构建了手机图书馆服务系统,对其关键技术作了详细阐述,为手机图书馆的建设和发展提供一种思路。With the increasing maturity of mobile communication technology, mobile phone becomes not only communication device but also personal communication terminal with functions such as audio and video playback and Web browsing. The paper firstly explains the concept, implementation, and present develop- ment of mobile library, and then presents universal mobile phone library service system which is system-in- dependent, platform-independent and terminal-independent. Finally, the authors use the three popular open source frameworks of Web application development （Struts, Spring and Hibernate） to build up a mo- bile library service system framework. While key technologies are described in details, it is hoped to provide reference for the future development of phone mobile libraries.
