农村中老年高血压患者生活质量及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解农村中老年高血压患者的生活质量,探讨相关影响因素。方法采用简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)及自编基本情况问卷对1 673例原发性高血压患者的生命质量进行研究。结果高血压患者各方面的生活质量评分为:生理功能(81.56±16.24)分,生理职能(59.03±43.81)分,躯体疼痛(22.21±22.34)分,总体健康(49.15±6.42)分,活力(56.58±12.74)分,社会功能(60.77±13.27)分,情感职能(65.03±44.26)分,精神健康(62.55±9.24)分;多因素分析结果显示,性别(β=-9.84,P<0.05)、收入水平(β=14.99,P<0.01)、文化水平(β=16.13,P<0.01)、精神状况(β=-23.78,P<0.01)、有无其他慢性病(β=-11.75,P<0.01)、运动情况(β=31.32,P<0.01)、医疗保险情况(β=24.89,P<0.01)和对高血压重视程度(β=6.59,P<0.05)影响高血压患者的生活质量。结论女性患者生活质量相对较低,收入水平、文化程度、精神状况、有无其他慢性病、运动情况、医疗保险情况、对高血压重视程度是农村中老年高血压患者生活质量的重要影响因素。Objective To investigate the quality of life（QOL） in middle and old aged hypertensive patients in rural Anqing of Anhui province and to discuss its determinants.Methods Questionnaire cited on SF-36 instrument and determinants of QOL and basic state questionnaire were used to make surveys among 1 673 hypertensive patients.Results The QOL scores of patients were 81.56±16.24（physical functioning）,59.58±43.81（physical role）,22.21±22.34（bodily pain）,49.15±6.42（general health）,56.58±12.74（vitality）,60.77±13.27（social functioning）,65.03±44.26（emotional role）,and 62.55±9.24（mental health）.Multivariable analysis showed that gender（β=-9.84,P0.05）,income（β=14.99,P0.01）,education level（β=16.13,P0.01）,mental status（β=-23.78,P0.01）,whether having other chronic diseases（β=-11.75,P0.01）,physical exercise（β=31.32,P0.01）,payment of medical expenses（β=24.89,P0.01）,and attitude to disease（β=6.59,P0.05） singificantly influenced the quality of life among the hypertension patients.Conclusion The quality of life of female hypertention patients is relatively low.Gender,income education level,mental status,whether having other chronic diseases,physical exercise,payment of medical expenses,and attitude to disease are important factors affecting the quality of life among rural hypertension patients at middle or older age.
