摘  要:以农村饮水安全状况为目标,以水质、水量和供水3方面为准则,以饮用氟超标的人口比例等12个因素为指标,建立了河南省农村饮水安全指标体系。基于模糊综合评价理论,结合层次分析法和改进熵权法确定各指标权重,构建了模糊综合评价模型,并在结果展示中结合地理信息系统,综合分析和评价了河南省农村饮水安全状况。结果表明,河南省农村饮水水质安全状况处于较不安全水平,水量处于较安全水平,供水和综合处于基本安全水平,基本能体现河南省农村饮水安全的实际状况。With a view to safety condition of rural drinking water,safety indicator system of rural drinking water is established by taking water quality,water quantity and water supply as criteria and considering twelve factors(such as the proportion of people who drink excessive fluoride).Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established on the basis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory.Then the weights of indicators are determined by combining analytic hierarchy process and improved entropy weight.The distribution graphs of safety condition about rural drinking water in Henan Province are obtained by the way of geographic information system.The results indicate that the condition of water quality of rural drinking in Henan Province is relatively unsafe,water quantity is relatively safe,and water supply and overall condition are basic safe,which have reflected the actual condition of rural drinking water in Henan Province.
