摘  要:长期以来,电力企业在配电网改造中往往关注初次改造投资,易忽略电力设备在全寿命周期内运行维护成本所占比重更大这一事实,从而易造成配电设备改造中有效资金得不到充分利用。为此建立了中低压配电网变压器的全寿命周期成本(life cost cycle,LCC)模型,配电网变压器LCC包括初次投资成本、运行维护成本、停电损失成本和设备残值,并提出以LCC最小为原则对配电变压器改造进行选型,算例结果验证了该方法的有效性。与传统选型原则相比,LCC投资决策分析方法实现了配电变压器在寿命周期内总投资成本最优,可对未来配电网建设及改造起到积极指导作用。It is for a long time that in the renovation of distribution network the power enterprises pay attentions to initial renovation investment and the fact that the proportion of the cost for operation and maintenance of power equipments in the life cycle is much greater is often neglected, so it makes the active capital for the renovation of distribution equipments not fully utilized. For this reason, a life cost cycle (LCC) model of transformers in medium- and low-voltage distribution network, in which the initial investment cost, operation and maintenance cost, interruption cost and scrap values of equipments are taken into account, is built, and it is proposed that in the renovation of distribution transformers the type selection of distribution transformers should conform to the principle of minimum LCC. Calculation results of an actual engineering example show that the proposed method is available. Using LCC investment decision analysis method, the total investment cost for distribution transformers in the life cycle is optimized, so the proposed method is available for reference to the construction and renovation of distribution networks in future.
