摘 要:在CaO-B2O3-SiO2(CBS)系微晶玻璃中,添加P2O5和ZnO两种晶核剂制成试样,采用XRD和SEM分析了试样相组成和微观形貌。研究了热处理工艺对试样烧成性能、力学性能和电学性能的影响。结果表明:试样主晶相为CaSiO3和CaB2O4,随着晶化时间的延长,介稳态的Ca2SiO4相逐渐减少,主晶相增加,核化温度升高,试样的抗弯强度增加。核化温度高于700℃,晶化时间超过2h,试样的析晶能力降低,密度降低。690℃核化1h,875℃晶化15min所得试样的性能较佳:密度为2.43g/cm3,εr为6.24,tanδ为1.2×10-3(10kHz)。Samples consisted of two kinds of nucleating agents (ZnO and P2O5) based on the CaO-B2O3-SiO2 (CBS) glass ceramics were prepared.Phase compositions,microstructures of samples were analyzed by XRD and SEM.Effect of different thermal treatment on sintering properties,mechanical and dielectric properties of samples was studied.The results show that the main crystal phases of samples are CaSiO3 and CaB2O4.Metastable phase Ca2SiO4 decreases and main crystal phases increase when crystallization time is elongated.The flexural strength of samples increases with the rise of nucleation temperature.The volumes of crystallization and the samples density decline as the nucleation temperature is more than 700 ℃ and the crystallization time is over 2 h.Samples nucleated at 690 ℃ for 1 h and crystallized at 875 ℃ for 15 min possess the best properties:the density of 2.43 g/cm3,the relative permittivity of 6.24 and the dielectric loss of 1.2×10^-3 at 10 kHz.
