摘　　要：当前,电信业面临着巨变,以因特网为代表的新技术正在逐渐改变着传统的电信网络体系.虽然目前的电信网仍然是在话音的基础上传输数据,但将来的电信网最终将成为在数据传输的基础上附带传输话音.作为提供数据通信的网络体系结构将面临高传输速率和容量的要求.光互联网以光联网技术和高速互联网设备为基础,将有效地保证数据通信低成本、高效率、高效益地实施.Currently, great change is taking place to the telecommunications industry. Internet represented new technologies are changing the architectures of traditional telecom networks. Although at present voice service is still the main part of telecom traffic, the data traffic will eventually exceed voice service and data communications networks will become the dominant architectures in the future. Optical internet will efficiently guarantee the implementation of data communications with low cost and high benefits based on optical internetworking technologies and high-speed internetwork e-quipment.
