摘 要:为解决航天产品高要求、高风险和小子样等特点与保证工程任务一次成功要求之间的问题,以及适应多型号任务并举的发展趋势,文章分析了国外航天领域成熟度技术的主要成果,介绍了产品成熟路径理论框架,阐述了产品成熟度概念和内涵,提出了航天产品成熟度快速提升的途径和方法。在航天工程实践中已经获得的一系列科技成果,通过对这些理论方法的应用和研究,不仅为航天工程和航天产品保证能力的提升奠定了基础,而且对航天系统工程方法的深化也具有重要的现实意义。Aerospace products have the characteristics, such as high requirements, high risks and small sample, etc. While at the same time, they are also required to make assurance that the project missions could be successful in the first time. To resolve the problems for making suitable to current of many projects launch, this paper analyses the main achievements of product maturity technology in foreign aerospace. Based on the practices of aerospace projects, the paper introduces theoretical structure of product maturity, states product maturity's concept and intention, and presents rapidly-upgrading approaches and methods for aerospace product maturity. By the analysis and application of the theory, a series of science results have been achieved, which not only can provide foundations for aerospace projects and aerospace product assurance of upgrading fundamental ability, but also be of important significance in deepening of methods for aerospace systems engineering.
