安尔碘Ⅲ棉栓治疗宫颈管黏膜炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨安尔碘Ⅲ棉栓治疗宫颈管黏膜炎的临床价值。方法将在2009年7月至2010年6月于妇科门诊就诊的宫颈管黏膜炎的患者150例随机分为5组,按用药次数不同分别为1、2、3、4组,隔日用药,并设立未用药的对照组(0组)。比较各组患者的恢复情况。结果 0组患者的有效率为3.33%,1组患者的有效率为20%,2组的有效率为36.67%,3组的有效率为80%,4组的有效率为86.67%。0、1、2组与其他各组之间比较有显著性差异,P<0.01;3、4组之间无明显差异,P>0.05。结论安尔碘Ⅲ棉栓治疗宫颈管黏膜炎疗效显著。Objective To study the clinical value of Anerdian Ⅲ in the treatment of the endocervicitis.Methods 150 patients who were at out-patient during July in 2009 and June in 2010 are randomly divided into 4 groups according to different times of medication,respectively 1,2,3,4 group,They are applied drugs every other day,meanwhile,establish the group with no drug（0 group）.Then take four groups for a comparison.Observe the outcomes of four groups.Results The effective rate of group 0 is 3.33%,the effective rate of group 1 is 20%,the effective rate of group 2 is 36.67%,the effective rate of group 3 is 80%,the effective rate of group 4 is 86.67%.Take group 0,1,2 and group 3,4 for a comparison,P0.01,being a significant difference.Take group 3 and 4 for a comparison,P0.05,being no difference.Conclusion The clinical value of Anerdian Ⅲ in the treatment of the endocervicitis is remarkable.In addition,it has little side-effects,being worth promoting.
