摘　　要：目前山西省住房建设中存在着功能错位、市场结构失衡、保障措施落实不到位、保障性住房建设严重不足、经济适用住房政策出现偏差、公共租赁住房和限价商品房尚未启动等问题,通过对这些问题的分析研究,按照山西省省情和城镇家庭收入分布等情况,建立山西省住房供应分类体系,提出"十二五"期间构建多层次住房供应体系的政策建议。At present there are many problems such as misplacement of function,imbalance of market structure,safeguard measures implementation does not reach the designated position,seriously insufficient of affordable housing construction,policy deviation of economy applicable housing,public rental housing and limit commodity house just getting started and so on in Shanxi Province.Through the analysis and research on these problems,according to the condition and town family income distribution in Shanxi Province,establishes the Shanxi housing supply classification system and puts forward constructing multi-level housing supply system policy suggestions during the twelfth five-year.
