摘　　要：综合交通枢纽运营单位是"投资、建设、运营、资源开发"一体化的主体,运营单位内部价值获取机制的构建,应该是从项目整个生命周期的价值增值活动出发,本文从产业链的角度将综合交通枢纽的价值增值环节有效地联结在一起,从而实现综合交通枢纽整条产业链的盈利。通过天津站交通枢纽工程这个实际案例对盈利模式的可行性进行检验,将实证和理论很好地进行契合。Integrated transport hub unit is an integration of ＂investment,construction,operation and resources development＂.The obtain of interior value for constructing mechanism of operating unit should begin with the whole life cycle of value proliferation activities.From the perspective of industry chain,this paper will increment integrated transport hub and value increasing effectively,so as to realize the profit of industry chain of integrated transport hub.Finally,it makes a feasibility test by Tianjin transit project,combining the theory with practice.
