摘　　要：动态联盟将成为房地产业有机式组织结构发展的趋势。依靠动态联盟可以实现房地产企业迅速响应市场和充分利用外部资源的竞争优势,从而达到降低房价、缩短开发周期、提高资本运作效率等效果。房地产业动态联盟组建面临多种因素的不确定性影响,企业只有在对其成功性因素充分辨识的基础上,才能作出合理的决策。Dynamic alliance will become a trend of organic-organizational structure development.With dynamic alliance,real estate enterprises can response to the market rapidly and take full advantage of external resources,thereby reducing the price,shortening the development cycle,improving capital efficiency and achieving other effects.Because of the numerous factors of uncertainty real estate industry faces when building dynamic alliance,enterprises must be qualified with adequate identification on its success factors to make rational decisions.
