摘 要:介绍了一种新型的测量介质湿度的频域传感器.利用介质的介电常数随介质湿度的变化关系,通过测量传感器极间的电容和电阻,来实时测量介质湿度及离子电导率;研制了传感器的实验装置;研究了介质的介电常数随温度、介质中盐分等的变化关系.通过实验所得的经验公式,对实际测量值进行了温度和离子电导率等的补偿.它具有可重复性好、可实时测量及经济实用等特点.所研究的传感器通过改进,可广泛应用于多种领域测量介质湿度,具有很好的应用前景.A new frequency domain sensor for the dielectric moisture measurement is presented in this paper. In the light of the relationship between the dielectric permittivity and the dielectric moisture, the dielectric moisture and the ionic conductivity can be obtained in real time through measuring the capacitance and conductance between the electrodes. An experimental system is set up to get the effect of the temperature and the soluble salts in dielectric on the dielectric permittivity. On the base of these obtained empirical formulas, the actual misture value is got after the temperature and ionic conductivity calibration. It has good repro-ducibility, economy and other characteristic. It can be widely used in many fields to measure the dielectric moistrue after the improvement and has good application forground.
