摘　　要：基于现实租赁活动中有许多租赁现象属于连续可分资产的在线租赁问题,应用在线问题之竞争分析的方法讨论了其在线租赁的最优决策方案.首先针对所租赁资产连续可分的特点,提出了风险控制策略.其次通过竞争比理论分析证明了风险控制策略是该问题唯一最优策略,而且得到了最佳竞争比.同时给出了具体租赁过程中每期的购买值和租用值的计算公式,为实际应用提供了方便.最后通过数值分析,进一步阐释和显示了风险控制策略的最优竞争性能.Based on the fact that many realistic leasing problems are online leasing of continuous separable property,this paper discussed the optimal solution to continuous and separable property-leasing problem by using of the competitive analysis method.Firstly,the strategy of controlling risk is proposed in accordance with the continuous separability of the property.Secondly,applying the theory of competitive analysis,it is proved that the controlling risk strategy is the unique optimal strategy for the online leasing problem,and the optimal competitive ratio is obtained.Moreover,this strategy also provides us with great convenience in practical applications by using the formulas to calculate purchasing and leasing values during every renting term.Finally,the optimal competitive performance of the strategy of this controlling risk is discussed and illustrated by numerical analysis.
