摘　　要：文章通过介绍太原物流园区标准体系表,论述了对GB/T 13016-2009《标准体系表编制原则和要求》附录A介绍的板块模式和GB/T 13017-2008《企业标准体系表编制指南》推荐的第二种模式——板块模式企业标准体系结构图的理解和应用,为我国积极开展的服务业标准化工作提出了新的建议,这种理念和管理方式可供服务业、运输业、金融业、旅游业等各类提供服务产品的企业建立服务企业标准体系时参考。Through introducing the enterprise standard system chart of Taiyuan Logistics Park,this article demonstrates the understanding and application of plate mode in GB/T 13016-2009 ＂The principles and requirement for standard system chart＂ appendix A and the second mode recommended in GB/T 13017-2008 ＂The guide for standard system chart＂——plate mode.It supplies new suggestion for service business developed actively in China.This idea and management mode could provide references for service business such as transportation service,financial service and tourism while setting up service standard system.
