摘  要:开发了一种含不饱和双键的丙烯酸类乳化树脂,研究了此树脂对常用的市售活性稀释剂和环氧丙烯酸低聚物的乳化情况。将乳化树脂加入到环氧低聚物U-125与活性稀释剂三丙二醇类二丙烯酸酯(TPGDA)、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA)中混合,在高速2 000 r/min下加水分散10 min后得到乳液。测量乳液的平均粒径确定乳化树脂最佳用量,发现乳化树脂占总体系固体分30%时平均粒径X50最小,仅为0.27μm。固化后漆膜耐磨性优良,耐水性测试30 d无变化。A new acrylic emulsifying resin containing double bonds was developed. The emulsibility of the new resin to several commericailly available reactive diluents and epoxy - acrylic oligomers was investigated. The emulsion was prepared by mixing the emulsifiying resin with epoxy - acrylic U - 125 oligomer and reactive diluents, such as TPGDA,TMPTA and HDDA, dispersing at 2 000 r/min for 10 minutes with water. The optimum content of emulsifiying resin was obtained by measuring average grain size of the emulsion. The average grain size X90 reached the minmum 0. 27 μm, when the content of emulsifiing resin was 30%. The film exhibited outstanding abrasion resistance and water no change after 30 d mumersion.
