摘 要:以β-CD为原料,ECH为交联剂,采用反相乳液法得到β-CDP微球,研究了β-CDP微球对p-NP的吸附行为,动力学特性及其在不同温度下的静态吸附,并利用红外(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、综合热重分析仪(TGA)对吸附p-NP前后的β-CDP微球进行对比表征。结果表明,β-CDP微球对p-NP吸附2 h后达到平衡,且与Lagergrn一级吸附动力学模型有较好拟合,相关系数为0.991 5;在25、45、65℃下符合Langmiur方程和Freundlich方程。The β-cyclodextrin polymer (β-CDP) microspheres were synthesized from β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) by inverse emulsion polymerization with epichlorohydrin as cross-linking agent. The adsorption behavior, kinetics characteristics and static adsorption behavior at different temperatures of p-nitrophenol(p-NP) on β-CDP microspheres were investigated. The structures of β-CDP microsphere before and after adsorption were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The result shows that β-CDP microspheres on the adsorption of p-NP striked balance after 2 h, and that the adsorption were adapted for the Lagergrn dynamic model, the correlation coefficient was 0.991 5. The Langrniur adsorption isotherm equation and the Freundlich adsorption isotherm equation were adapted for the adsorption characteristic of p-NP on β-CDP microspheres at 25, 45 and 65℃ temperatures.
