摘 要:以典型煤基活性炭为载体、椰壳活性炭为对比,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了活性炭负载的TiO2光催化剂(TiO2/AC),应用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、紫外-可见漫反射光谱和低温N2吸附等对复合光催化剂的晶相组成、表面形貌、孔结构等进行了表征,选取苯酚为模型化合物考察了复合光催化剂的光催化降解能力,并研究了活性炭种类及颗粒形貌对复合光催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,m(TiO2):m(AC)相同的条件下,TiO2在煤基活性炭上的负载率小于椰壳活性炭;其中,比表面积适中,大、中孔比例高的褐煤基活性炭更适合于作为光催化剂TiO2的载体;煤基复合光催化剂对于苯酚光催化降解效果优于椰壳基复合催化剂,对苯酚的降解效率优于等量的P25,达80%以上。A series TiOJAC photocatalysts were prepared by sol-gel method with typical coal-based activated carbons and cocoanut-based activated carbon as the catalyst supports. Then these photocatalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM, UV-vis and low temperature nitrogen sorption/desorption in the aspects of crystal structure, surface morphology and pore size distribution. Meanwhile, phenol was used as model compound to evaluate the photodegradation performance of catalysts. Besides, the effect of nature activated carbons and their particle appearances on the photoactivity ofphotocatalysts were investigated. The results show that although the TiO2 are less loaded on coal-based activated carbons than that on cocoanut activated carbon, higher photocatalytic activity was observed over the photocatalysts prepared with support of coal-based activated carbon in phenol photodegradation, especially the ones of lignite-based activated carbon with moderate specific surface and large amount of macropores, and the photodegradation efficiency of phenol reached to above 80 percent that was better than P25.
