摘 要:为了解决粉体纳米TiO2及负载型的TiO2在处理废水过程中存在的问题,在常温条件下,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出纳米TiO2的成型颗粒,较大的粒径有利于催化剂的分离、回收和重复利用。同时对制备的纳米TiO2的成型颗粒光催化剂,采用XRD、SEM等手段对其进行表征。结果表明,所制备的催化剂以锐钛矿型存在,平均粒径350μm,催化活性良好、表面积大、有特殊的多孔结构。利用自制的纳米TiO2成型颗粒处理冀东油田的采油废水,处理后出水的COD达到污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996)二级标准,COD去除率达到61%。In order to solve the problems ofnano-TiO2 powder and supported TiO2 in dealing with wastewater, the forming nano-TiO2 particles were prepared by a convenient sol-gel method at room temperature in this study. The larger particle was favorable for the separation, recycling and reuse of the catalyst. Then the products were characterized by XRD, SEM and energy spectrum. It was found that the prepared catalyst existed in the form ofanatase TiO2, furthermore, the average diameter of catalysis about 350 um,which showed high catalytic activity have larger specific surface area as well as special porous structure. The wastewater produced from Jidong Oilfield was dealt by the self-made forming nano-TiO2 particles. It was found that the treated effluent COD value reached integrated wastewater discharge standard GB 8978- 1996(Grade II). And the removal rate of COD reached 61%.
