混凝预处理+UASB+ABR+A/O+气浮工艺处理原料药废水

摘　　要：针对原料药废水的有机污染物和悬浮物浓度都较高的水质,部分车间的COD高达25 000 mg.L-1ρ,(SS)高达10 000 mg.L-1的特点,采用混凝预处理+上流式厌氧污泥反应器(UASB)+厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)+A/O池+气浮处理工艺对江西某制药有限责任公司废水进行了处理。系统运行结果表明:其出水各项指标均达到国标《污水综合排放标准》二级排放标准,取得了良好的环境和经济效益。API wastewater for organic pollutants and suspended solids have a higher concentration of water quality characteristics of a coagulation pretreatment and UASB and ABR and aerobic reactor and floatation process which pharmaceutical Co.Ltd., Jiangxi wastewater was treated. Gentamiein Sulfate and API which has high content of pollutants in it （the COD） and （the SS） which in some workshops were as high as 2.5×10 4 mg.L-1 and 1.0× 10 4 mg.L-1. Running results show that ：the water quality reached the 2nd emission standards of national integrated wastewater discharge standard and achieved good environmental and economic benefits.
