摘　　要：对影响Megafix B型活性染料卷染棉卡其织物的纯碱用量、固色温度、固色时间等因素用中心旋转法设计了试验工艺,并优化了最佳的卷染工艺条件。经工厂试验,取得了较满意的结果。With regard to the factors such as alkali dosage, fixation temperature and fixation time, affecting to jig dyeing with Megafix B reactive dyes for cotton khaki drills, central rotatable method is applied to design testing process and optimize jig dyeing conditions. Through bulk trials the satisfactory results are obtained.
