慢性心力衰竭晚期患者家庭监测体质量的观察及临床意义

摘　　要：目的通过对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)晚期患者进行家庭体质量监测的指导,在此基础上并指导其根据体质量变化调整利尿药剂量的方法,从而达到减少其门诊就诊和入院治疗频率的目的。方法 24例CHF晚期患者在抗心力衰竭治疗及低钠盐饮食的同时,根据体质量变化调整其利尿治疗。结果 CHF晚期患者通过根据体质量变化调整其利尿药剂量,能显著性减少(P<0.01)患者就诊和住院次数。结论针对CHF晚期患者,通过指导其在家里进行体质量监测,及时调整利尿药剂量,能减少患者门诊就诊和住院次数,此为一种经济、简便、有效的方法,能提高患者治疗的依从性。Objective Chronic heart failure by（CHF） patients with advanced weight monitoring of family guidance,and guidance on the basis of their adjusted according to the weight change method dose diuretics,to reduce the frequency of outpatient and hospital treatment purposes.Methods 24 cases of CHF patients with advanced heart failure in the anti-low-sodium diet therapy and at the same time,according to body weight to adjust their diuretic therapy.Results CHF patients with advanced according to the weight changes by adjusting their diuretic dose,could significantly decrease（P 0.01） the number of patient visits and hospitalization.Conclusion In patients with advanced CHF,through the guidance of their body weight monitoring at home,timely adjustment of diuretic doses,can reduce the number of patients with outpatient visits and hospitalization,this is an economical,simple,effective way to improve patient adherence to treatment.
