摘　　要：通过调研分析农村住宅建筑围护结构的特点,根据京郊农村的实际情况(地理状况和经状况),分析京郊农村住宅建筑的热环境现状,探讨该类建筑节能所采取的主要措施,包括外墙外保温系统、墙体内保温系统和其他新型及综合技术。Through the investigation and analysis of characteristics of rural residential building envelope,according to the actual situation in the rural suburbs of Beijing（geographic position and economic status）,this paper analyzed the thermal environment of residential buildings in rural suburbs of Beijing,and discussed the main measures of building energy efficiency,including exterior insulation systems,wall insulation system and other new and integrated technology.
