摘　　要：本文基于大量的研究文献,统计了2002~2010年度中,国内在高校科技成果转化方面的论文,分别从时间、研究方法以及研究内容这三个角度进行了分析。同时,根据研究的现状,给出了一些具有代表性的论文研究成果,并对国内有关高校科技成果转化的研究现状提出了一些看法和建议。Based on the large number of literature research,the university technology transfer from 2002 to 2010 in China is analyzed from the time,the research method,and the research content respectively.Further more,some representative research papers are given under the present situation.Finally,our conclusion and suggestions are proposed.
